You've been invited to Global Breck — the Colorado Stars Edition. Award-winning chefs who have the nod, and up-and-coming talent chasing their first Michelin star. We would love to have you at the table. Read below for your invitation.
Global by Taste Network is a celebration of culture across world cuisine. Every chef, every dish, every pour — shaped by coals and embers. Not a festival trick. Not a theme. The oldest cooking method on earth, given the reverence it has always deserved.
In 2026, that premise comes to Breckenridge — where we're building a community around one of the most ancient cooking formats, in a town that knows what it means to gather at altitude.
We're cooking in the community. And when we cook in the community, it feels like home. Your invitation is below.
Two Breckenridge gatherings. One invitation. Confirm the spot that's yours.
One evening at Country Boy Mine in Breckenridge — a historic venue whose walls are written into the mountain itself. This is an individual, project-based cooking evening: your station, your vision, chef stipend provided. The program centers on sustainable Westholme Wagyu, local Colorado proteins, wood-fired oysters, and fresh caviar — all ember-kissed. 250 curated guests, sunset over the valley.
Ridge Street closes. A free street concert opens to all of Breckenridge — DJ Lord of Public Enemy & Cypress Hill, Cut Chemist, and Chali 2na of Jurassic 5 on stage. Inside, 240 guests sit at a single long communal table for a four-course family-style dinner: Westholme Wagyu tomahawks and Colorado's finest chefs work in collaboration, all over live fire.
Complete the form below to lock in your spot. Brady reads every submission personally and reaches out to confirm details. This is a curated gathering — every chef is hand-selected and your presence matters.
